チケット駆動型のバグトラッキング
何でもチケットで管理するのが良いらしい。
Svn や Git とチケットを連携させる機能もある。

Ruby製 + MySQL or PostgreSQL …

Ruby と Rails のバージョンが合わないだけで動かなくなるので、
オールインワンで環境が作れる bitnami はありがたい。
ただし、bitnami を使うと、Redmine と何かをサーバーに相乗りさせるとかは難しい。
